Heavy rain and rising creek waters have caused extensive flooding in Myaw Maw Pa village, Chiphwi Township, around 3:00 AM. Local residents urgently need assistance as floodwaters have washed away their homes.
Most residents managed to escape when they heard the rising creek, but many houses and possessions were lost to the flood. While some people swept away by the current have been rescued, others are still missing.
The flooding in Myaw Maw Pa village resulted from the sudden overflow of the creek, affecting nearly the entire village. Additionally, a child was swept away by the waters and is currently being searched for.
The residents of Myaw Maw Pa village are in dire need of help, as almost the entire village has been devastated by the flood.
