As based on the gold market news, the price of bark gold in the nation has risen to 71 lakhs per tical and the set price of gold bark by Yangon Gold Entrepreneur Association (YGEA) has risen to 4,689,204 kyats per tical. In addition, the price of American Dollar currency exchange has also risen to 6,000 kyats per dollar.
Even though the current price of gold bark has risen to 71 lakhs per tical at the market, the Yangon Gold Entrepreneur Association (YGEA) has set 4,689,204 kyats to sell the gold bark at the market.
A tical of gold bark price has started rising from 3,710,000 kyats in January 2024 and it rose to 3,800,000 kyats to 3,900,000 kyats in February. In addition, it rose to 4,000,000 kyats in March and it has been risen day by day.
Moreover, the price of gold bark has risen to 4,700,000 kyats in April and it skyrocketed to 5,800,000 kyats at the end of May. Since then, it has kept rising to 71 lakhs today.
As indicated by the gold expert, the current skyrocketing prices of gold and currency exchange rate are due to the unstable political situation and inflation.
