It is reported that the Northern Brotherhood Alliances promulgated the disapprobation letter related on the action of the SAC which are shelling bombs with the air strike and firing heavy artilleries indiscriminately in the area where civilians are residing, without any armed-clashes.
As mention by the disapprobation letter, as the SAC forces lost their military forces in the current civil armed-clashes, they are using air strike and firing heavy artilleries every day on purpose, targeting on the places, such as downtown, schools, clinics, hospitals, bridges and buildings where the civilians are residing.
In addition, it is said that due to the indiscriminate bombs shelling by the SAC, the residentials and schools in the Northern Brotherhood Alliances controlled areas, for instance Laukai, Sinli, Kutkai, Nant San, Myauk Oo are destructed. Moreover, there were numerous numbers of people who were killed by the SAC’s arbitrary bombs shelling.
As a consequence, the Northern Brotherhood Alliances which consist (PSLF/TNLA), (MNDAA) and (AA) promulgated a disapprobation letter on the SAC’s shelling and firing heavy artilleries intentionally targeting on the civilians.
