On September 19th, around 2:15 PM, SAC forces reportedly bombed Seng Tawng Village in the KIA No. 9 Brigade area using jet fighters. The bombs landed near Ward (3) of Seng Tawng and Kyauk Twe Taung, causing destruction to homes and resulting in civilian casualties.

Additionally, SAC forces stationed at their military base in Hpakant-Seng Tawng indiscriminately fired heavy artillery. Two civilians from Sabaw village were injured, and several houses were damaged due to the shelling.

Clashes between KIA joint forces and SAC forces in Seng Tawng have been ongoing for more than 10 days since early September. Due to the tense military situation, many residents of Seng Tawng are fleeing for safety, and more shop owners, including grocers, have closed their businesses.

Local sources also report that on the same day, a student was seriously injured when SAC forces shelled near a high school in Zup Ra Village, within KIA No. 8 Brigade territory. The SAC's offensive is not limited to Seng Tawng, but extends to Momauk, Bhamo, Shwegu, and Chiphwi, where fierce clashes continue and tensions remain high.
