Civilians were allegedly harmed or lost their lives as a result of an aerial bombardment conducted by the SAC in the Bhamo area of Kachin State.
On February 14, at approximately 4:00 PM, the SAC executed three aerial bombardments on the village of Sin Khan in the Bhamo region, resulting in the deaths of two civilians and causing serious injuries to three additional individuals.
Two civilians lost their lives: a 40-year-old male and a 30-year-old female. Among the injured were a 50-year-old male, a 12-year-old female, and a 22-year-old male.
The wounded civilians are presently undergoing medical care, and several residential properties have sustained damage due to the airstrike.
The armed clashes between the two armed-groups in the Bhamo region remained intense as of 14th February, with reports indicating that the military persisted in aerial bombardments and the deployment of drones.
